Lightwork NI works tirelessly to improve the mental health, emotional resilience, and wellbeing of young people and families here, in Northern Ireland.
I am honoured to join the team as a facilitator for a new breakthrough programme, which uses evidence-backed research from neuroscience, sociology, and psychology, and will be entering our secondary schools in Jan 2021.
Because Lightwork NI is a charity, we rely on funding to do this work. Due to Covid, it has become increasingly difficult to fundraise in the usual way. That's why this year, for my birthday, I'm asking for donations to help get us to where we need to be and support these young people.
Your contribution will help with training and supplies.
This programme is unlike anything else out there and I wholeheartedly believe it will transform the lives of our children, parents, and teachers alike. Prevention is better than cure.
