Mental Health Associates  It's time to give something back. Through personal experience, I know how devastating the effect of poor mental health can have on your life. Although I have a wide network of friends and family who were always on hand to help and listen, I can never express how grateful I feel for receiving support from a professional service and the opportunity to speak with someone outside of my close circle; a confidential, safe space to help me work through and understand everything I was experiencing. Through this time, I was able to see the breadth of services that are available to support someone struggling to with their own mental health. However, in order to know about the support I could have received, I had to be in a position where I was already struggling. That is why we are launching  Mental Health  Associates. We believe that by providing a listening service and giving access to information about available support, confidential guidance services, and by raising awareness to organisations of early detection and preventative measures, we can help ensure that everyone has the support they need, before they are in a time of need. But we need your help . Mental Health Associates  is a charitable organisation offering a free, confidential listening and guidance service to Sales Professionals and management through a network of professionally trained associates across the UK. Alongside this service, we will be providing support to organisations to help ensure preventative and early detection measures are in place to best support their employees. To help grow the charity and support as many people as possible, we are looking for support in the following ways: - We are looking for experienced volunteers to help grow our network of associates, who will have management experience and a willingness to help others - We need to fundraise. Through individual and corporate donations, we are aiming to raise £50,000 in order to train and induct an additional 50 associates from across the UK and to raise awareness of this issue with as many organisations and to the most amount of people possible.
