Fundraiser for the Mendoza Family

Eduardo Mendoza, or "Eddie", is a devoted family man, a caring friend, and an honest, hard-working employee. He is that kind of good person that you feel lucky to have in your life. Being the good-humored and easy-going guy that he is, no matter the circumstances, he is ready with a smile and will bring a smile out of those around him.
In April of 2017, Eddie was diagnosed with colorectal cancer. For almost a year now, he has been out of work to be with his family as he commits to the rigorous treatment and rid himself of this disease. The treatment had been working until recently, when doctors found that the cancer had spread to his pelvis.
As things stand today, Eddie will be undergoing cancer treatment for another year.
Although he has been collecting disability from the state, it's not enough to support Eddie's family, and his savings are running low as he must dip into it to keep the bills paid and his family cared for. Eddie's wife, Francesca, works a part-time job so that she can spend time caring for him while Michelle, 17, and Anthony, 15, go to school.
Some of us, the organizers, have worked with Eddie for over 10 years. We decided to start this fundraiser because we miss him and nobody, especially someone like Eddie, should have to go through the pain and hardship that cancer causes. This fundraiser is to help support Eddie, his wife Francesca, and his two kids, Michelle and Anthony, through this difficult time, as well as help them get back on their feet.
Any amount will help the Mendozas. If you are unable to donate, feel free to leave some words of support, spread the word about the Mendozas and their fundraiser, and keep them in your thoughts and prayers.
