Mend Our Brent

This is Brent, his wife Whitley, and their son. What you see in this photo is a dedicated husband and father. What you don't see is the drive of someone to move across the country, from Utah, to take on a graduate program at Emory University, in Georgia, to become a Physician Assistant. I can't show you the sacrifices involved with that or show you how considerate, intelligent and funny Brent is. Some day this will be a great story to tell his patients, but today I am asking for a little help to lessen the sting of this. What you can see in the scan below is a traumatic facial injury sustained during a futsal tournament. These are the bizarre lightning strikes of life that render us unable to attend class and force emergency funds in to action. The treatment required to address this particular fracture isn't as simple as setting a bone and putting it in a cast. Treatment takes time and funds. This injury will no doubt rob a little bit of Brent from us, but we can give in turn to help mend our Brent!
