Memories With Dad

I teach a little boy named Jordan on Sundays at our church.  Jordan is eight years old and is a sweet, kind, and most gentle spirited child.  He has a little brother, Jackson (three years old) and an older sister, Jade (15 years old).  Jordan's prayer request every Sunday is for his dad to get better.  You see, his dad has CNS lymphoma brain cancer and after subsequent rounds of various kinds of chemo therapies... Bill and his wife, Tara have decided to no longer use these methods in order to try and shrink the tumors.  They have become too aggressive and the last chemo therapy was in itself severely difficult to endure for Bill.  They just want time with their family and to find the JOY in this time with Bill.  The children want to take their dad to Sea World in San Antonio, Texas to make more memories with him.  Although Bill is in a wheel chair and requires several kinds of equipment to help him throughout his day, his doctors have given the green light that Bill can go.  This GoFund Me has been set up for the children, especially for Jordan.  He comes to my class on Sundays with the weight of the world upon his strong, tiny shoulders and every time he leaves...  It is with a smile of GREAT HOPE for his dad.  It is Jordan's Faith that has ignited the fire in me to try and help him and his siblings raise this money.  I am asking Everyone to please consider giving to help this caring little boy and his siblings accomplish this goal by March 14, 2018.    Even $5.00 would be so greatly appreciated.  Thank you SOOOO much for helping Jordan keep the fire of HOPE burning so BRIGHTLY!    “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”   Jeremiah 29:11 NIV
