Memorializing Robin

Hello everyone,
I am starting this GoFundme to help memorialize my mother, Robin Jean (Roy) Heilmann. In May of 2017, she was diagnosed with late-stage pancreatic cancer. She passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 24, 2018. This diagnosis of pancreatic cancer came in, just a few weeks after she won her yearlong battle against breast cancer.
There are no words that can express the shock I am still feeling from this loss, and I am sure many of her friends and family feel the same. Robin was a mother of two boys, Tim Heilmann, the best brother in the world, and myself Jesus Chavez. Thank you to everyone who helped us through the week following her death; we are forever grateful for your kindness and support that you have shown us.
Robin stayed strong up until the very end. She never gave up hope, and she always tried her best to be cheerful for the people around her. It was a very rough year, but every time I would talk with her, she would always try to make me laugh, and ask how her little grand-dog, Jack the Schnauzer, was doing. I will always be happy for those memories, and I want to be able to honor her memory in the best way I can.
One of her final wishes was to have a place for her family and friends to be able to see her, and with this GoFundMe, I want to be able to make that possible.
Lastly, please remember the good times you shared with my mom, because that's what she would have wanted.
