Memorial Service for Paul Jacquan Barlow, aka Quan

We are asking for donations for the services of Paul Jacquan Barlow aka Quan, whose life was tragically taken in a hit and run motorcycle accident at the intersection of Emerson and English. He was a loving father, son, brothers and friend. The family is asking for donations to cover the funeral cost. Anything helps, big or small. Any proceeds left over will be put into an account for his daughter, Ja'Niyah Brown.
