Memorial Service for Jamie Kozloski

It is with utmost sorrow that I am writing this today. Keith and I received a phone call this morning that his sister passed away. Like many families, theirs was in no way prepared to pay for end of life expenses. Please know I am only asking for the absolute minimum of what is needed to help here. Any amount you are willing to give is greatly appreciated.
