Memorial service for Dale SOKOLOSKI

Need to raise money for a memorial service for Dale M. Sokoloski. Dale is a dinosaur of our EMS family. He was very influential in many of our career. Dale was the kind of person who would help any one he could, and now we need help to give him a memorial service that he deserves.
