Memorial Plaque for Bench at Valencia Dock

While it has taken me several months to find out information and go through all the red tape this Go Fund Me account is to pay for the plaque that will be displayed on the bench on the South side of the riverfront at Valencia Dock on River Road in Rockledge. The plaque will be made using the City's materials requirement and is costing more than originally thought.  I am asking you to please help me with any possible donation that you can make.  I need to have the funds within a week to be able to pick up the plaque and deliver to the City of Rockledge.   Below is the original description I wanted to display.

On behalf of a group of local teenage boys and girls who called themselves the “River Rats”.  The river was their playground, the islands their refuge.  For many others who came to fish here with their children. 

This plaque is in memory of Jessica "Williams" both a “River Rat” and mother who loved to bring her son (Miles?) to fish frequently.  A new dock for him and his dad to now continue that tradition.

Also in memory of Tony “Catfish” Baker an original “River Rat”.  A lover of all animals and bodies of water.  A true crusader for others to continue keeping nature alive.

A place for the “River Rats” to bring their children to tell their stories in an outdoor environment. To be children again.

A place for peace, reflection and meditation.
