Support for the Amy Weasel Family

At the tiny age of 3 months old, Bryant Weasel was diagnosed with Dravets Syndrome, which caused him to have numerous seizures each day. With his dog Chugs, Bryant was able to have as much of a normal life as he possibly could.   Chugs went to school with Bryant every day. 

 Unfortunately on Wednesday, August 16, 20017, the disease took Bryant.  He was 13 years old. 

His mom, Amy, is a friend and team member at Premise Health. I am the administrative assistant for the central region at Premise Health and my name is Sharon Blaze.  I setup this account to assist the family during this tragic time.  I reside in Brentwood, TN and our corporate office is also located in Brentwood, TN.  I have worked along side Amy for 7 years. 

We would love to support Amy, her husband Jason, and Bryant’s sister Chantele, as well as the extended family, during this terribly difficult time.

The funds collected will be used to pay outstanding medical bills and to pay Campbell Funeral home in Carmi, IL 62821.

Once the money is collected and withdrawed the money will be donated directly to the Weasel family via their checking account.
