Memorial fund for Joe Adams

On July 5th, 2017, officially at 9:31 pm, our beloved husband, father, grandpa, cousin, uncle, son, and friend Joe Adams passed away. My dad had been battling congestive heart failure for 11 when he lost his battle. He passed from a massive heart attack and is believed to not have suffered any pain. He was playing basketball when it happened, which if anyone knows Dad, they know he LOVED basketball. Our family finds comfort knowing he went out doing the one thing he absolutely loved.
As most of you know, this family hates asking for help and we are the ones to help wherever we can; we learned that from daddy, because he would give anyone the shirt off his back if they were in need. Right now though, we need all the help we can get. My mom is having to take time off of work to try and plan this funeral, as well as my sister, her boyfriend, and my boyfriend. The last thing I need my mother to worry about is how she is going to pay for his service and everything that goes into it.
Whatever helps and I mean that. If you guys could at least share this and get he word out, I will be forever grateful.
