Memorial Fund for David Orth

On February 20, 2022, my brother David Orth passed away after a nearly 4-month battle with leukemia as his options for treatment went away one by one until his doctors determined they could do nothing more for him. We are heartbroken and want to help his wife Susan and son Patrick at this difficult time.

David was 58 years old, a kind and caring husband, father, and brother who deeply loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, his family, his country and state, and his beloved community of Columbiana, Alabama. His calling from a very young age was always to serve and protect. For thirty years, he was a law enforcement officer, the last 17 being with the Columbiana Police Department. David was known for his desire to help others, his quick wit, and his sharp mind for detail.
