Memorial fund for Dane Vincent Pedersen

Dane Vincent Pedersen, aged 39, passed away on July 1, 2024, in Blair, Nebraska.

Son of Miner (Rusty) and Dena Pedersen, he was born April 10th, 1985 in Sitka, Alaska. With a father in the Coast Guard, Dane and his siblings enjoyed the adventures of many different locations growing up, and that wandering spirit kept him travelling until he settled in Blair, Nebraska to begin a new chapter. Dane planted roots and embraced the delights and challenges of fatherhood over the next span of time as he not only welcomed his daughter October and his son Declan into his life, but was also blessed and honored to be a father figure for a time to John Michael and Ethan.

Dane was known for his exuberance, one of a kind personality, exemplary taste in food, and never-ending supply of on point movie quotes. Dane was unforgettable, had a huge heart, and loved to make the people around him laugh. There are not enough words to express the different ways he impacted those he intersected with in this life, and we will hold our memories of him in our hearts until the day our souls may be with him again.

We recognize that people express their condolences in different ways. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all love, prayers, donations, and thoughts throughout this difficult time. Any monies raised through this fundraiser will be used to settle his end of life affairs and to help care for his two beautiful children who relied on his support.
