Baby Garland (Olance) Memorial Fund

On Monday, June 5th, 18 month old Sawyer "Tato" Garland, beloved grandson of Renee and Mark Olance, son of Courtney and Deryl Garland, unexpectedly passed away in his sleep.  

Little  Tato was a healthy and happy toddler, who brought sunshine into the life of his loving family, especially his nana, whom he adored.  Tato's parents and siblings have been living together in the home of Renee and Mark Olance for some time, and therefore his passing has had a  profound and devestating effect on Renee, and every single member of this amazing family.  

As Renee's school family, the staff members of Glencairn  want to show our love and support to Renee and her family during this extremely difficult time.  Due to specific dietary restrictions of family members, we have chosen to start a Go Fund Me initiative, in lieu of sending meals or flowers to the home.  

Courtney and Deryl Garland have opened their home to foster children for a number of years.  Their endless love and deep compassion has brought comfort, safety, peace and love to children that they have raised as their own.  Their love knows no boundaries and they lead a life that sets an example for others.  We are in awe of them and want to wrap them in the love that they so freely give to others. 

We are collecting funds to support whatever needs this family has at this time, and to allow those who know and love Renee and her family a means of expressing their sympathy, love and support.
