Mike and Theresa (DeCheney) Munafo were childhood sweethearts that married on August 18, 1984.
Later in life Theresa was diagnosed with Myotonic Dystrophy type 1 (a form of muscular dystrophy) which would cause many challenges for them with additional costs of medical equipment to help her through out life. Unfortunately this is an incurable disease, which resulted in her death on Christmas morning 2019. The entire family was devastated to wake up to such a tragedy on such a special day.
Mike is now a one income home with daily living expenses on top of the now incurred medical expenses with Theresa's death. All donations will go to help with the final expenses toward the cremation of Theresa.
