Memorial Expenses for Suzi

Update: A memorial for Suzi will be held at Walker Nature Center 11450 Glade Dr. in Reston, VA on Saturday March 17 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. It will be very informal. Light refreshments will be provided, but you are welcome to bring a dish to share, along with photos and memories. We hope for this to be a casual gathering where we can come together and remember Suzi's warmth. Thank you again for all of your amazing support.

Suzi passed away unexpectedly and without assets to pay for her cremation and memorial. Unfortunately, her children aren't in a position to fully cover expenses.
We're working through an application for aid that Suzi may have been entitled to, but there's no guarantee that this will come through and we're faced with some tough decisions. We're looking for help covering a basic direct cremation and possibly securing a venue for a small, modest memorial.
