Memorial for Peter Brogan

My children would like to try and raise money so that a memorial can be placed at their school, St Hugh's Catholic Primary Voluntary Academy in memory of their Bus Driver and Deacon, Peter Brogan who sadly passed away recently.

Ryder (Year 6) and Ruby (Year 2) were extremely saddened to hear of the loss of Pete, their bus driver and friend. They have taken part in fund raising before for Cancer Research for their Grandpops and wanted to try and do something that would raise money for a memorial for Pete.

They have decided they would like to try and complete a 10-15 mile bike ride -maybe further (weather and lockdown restrictions permitted) once the weather is a little nicer, we are aiming for late March.

They would like to try and raise the money so that friends and family of St Hugh's Catholic Primary will have something nice to remember Pete by. 

Pete touched the lives of so many people. He played a huge part at St Hugh's being their Deacon and their bus driver for 2 years. He was a lovely, full of life friendly man who always had a story to tell and would tell you in the most energetic way. 

Ryder and Ruby are trying to raise £500 so that Mr Hughes and the Brogan family can choose a lovely memorial to remember Pete by.
Any donation would be greatly received. 

He will be sorely missed by many.
