Memorial for Leslee Trantham

On August 24th, 2018 my baby sister Leslee lost her long battle with Chronic Pancreatitis. On her way to the hospital after falling in the house, her heart gave out on her and medical professionals were unable to revive her. We are extremely shocked and saddened with her sudden passing as she had so much more in life she wanted to do and accomplish.
Due to her sudden passing we are asking for donations to help pay for memorial cost and medical bills that have piled up over the years. Any amount you can share will be greatly appreciated. We are hoping to raise 5k minimum to help our mother out, however if we can surpass that to ease her mind, then we will be forever grateful.
