Memorial for Jazmine

As many of you know, our community has suffered a terrible loss. Jazmine, 28, was called home early after being recently diagnosed with Lupus. She will forever be rememberd for her compassionate, selfless heart in reaching out to the younger generation, and her dedication to her church and loved ones. She has left behind a legacy, of what it means to be a daughter of the Most High, a true friend, a beautiful daughter and sister. Many are asking what they can do to help, so we are trying to take the financial burden of funeral expenses off of the Cook family. We want to give Jazmine the beautiful memorial she deserves.
