Jacie Smith lived a beautiful life surrounded by friends, family and a daughter, Amara, who she loved more than life. Sadly that was all taken away too soon when she was involved in an early morning auto accident on the morning of December 2nd, just two days after celebrating her daughter's first birthday.
Mothers are not supposed to bury their children. It goes against nature. When a mother loses her child all breath and joy get sucked out of their body and replaced with a pain so powerful, their soul is lost in the grief.
Our employee, Michelle Smith-Rogers, is in the depths of this pain right now. Her world shattered beyond repair. Her child is gone and we want to do all we can to help her during this time.
Not expecting to have to burry her child so soon, sadly she didn't have life insurance. On top of funeral expenses, Michelle has became the custodial parent of her granddaughter, Amara. She is in need of a lot, medical expenses, funeral expenses, and supplies for a one year old baby girl.
The funeral will be ay Patton Funeral Home in Park City, Ky. More details to come and will be posted on here.
