On Wednesday October 4th 2017 I lost the best person I had in my life. I lost my bestfriend, my light, my mentor, my grandfather Daniel DeCarlo (GRAMPS). It was only four short weeks ago the doctors told us he had cancer. He was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer. On top of that they said he only had six months to live. He only lived four weeks after the diagnosis.
My grandfather spent his life helping others heal. He always found the good in every situation. He spent many years counseling and giving all of himself to help others. He was like a second father to me. Living with him for the past year and a half helped me grow into the adult I always dreamed of being. Thank you Gramps.
All I want to do is give my grandfather the proper memorial service he so well deserves. My hope is that I can give him the funeral that exemplifies all that he was to me and so many others.
I cannot afford to pay for my Gramps' funeral service. I am asking for any donation you are able to give at this time in order to help me pay for his funeral and memorial service.
