Our beloved mother, Bao Yang, gained her wings on August 2, 2020. Although we are beyond devastated of her sudden departure due to cardiac arrest, we are holding on to all the warm and happy memories we have of her. She was our glue and our strength and one to whom many people sought out for advice and wisdom. Our mom was known for her boisterous laughter, generous spirit, and overall kindness. She will be deeply missed. Although our mother deserves a traditional three day Hmong funeral attended by all who have been blessed by her presence, these uncertain times will only allow us to honor and send her off in one day followed by the burial scheduled to start on Friday, August 28th starting at 8am-12am and resume Saturday, August 29th, 2020 at 7am-10am at Legacy Funeral Home (3720 E River Rd, Fridley, MN 55421). Her final resting place is still to be determined. We would love to receive you all but understand if you are unable to join us. We will be taking necessary precaution by asking everyone to wear masks, use hand sanitizers, and to socially distance. However, if you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid we kindly ask that you stay home.  We are greatly humbled by everyone who have reached out to give your condolences and have asked how you can contribute.
