Audrey & Sarah

On the morning of October 7th, 2020 the Placentia community was notified of a horrific tragedy. Our community was speechless, left with heavy hearts and no direction to offer our support. Myself included, I did not know the family,  but my tears fell as did every other parent watching the news unfold. I am a parent of two students at Golden elementary school. Some parents decided not to share this horrific news with their young children and others decided to share. There is no right or wrong, but I do know that Audrey and Sarah have a community of people who want to pay their respects in some way.  Beautiful little girls have lost their lives and our community is in need of mourning and showing our love. I am in  contact with their mother, Sandy, who appreciates all of the support during this difficult time. She is in need reestablishing herself, including a place to live, more therapy and helping her 16 year old daughter.  I am asking for you to help show our deepest sympathy by coming together as a community for a mother in great need as we could never imagine the horrific loss her family has experienced.
