Memorial Expenses for Rosie Ostler
Donation protected
Where do you find the adequate words to describe the immense love you feel for someone and the intense pain that's left in their absence?
My mother was a tenacious woman and regardless of how difficult life would get she would persist with her chin held high in all her 5'2" glory. In my eyes, there was no problem she couldn't solve and no challenge she couldn’t overcome. To me, she was "if there's a will, there's a way" personified.
Pancreatic cancer was an opponent none of us saw coming - especially my Mom. Still, my little warrior persisted. For four months and ten days my Momma fought.
She went, without pain or worry, in the early hours of the morning with her hand held tightly in those of my Dad.
I've never been good at asking for help, but under the circumstances, I'm stepping up to the plate - for my Momma - because she deserves a service just as beautiful as she was.
Anything (big, small, or even a share) would mean so much to help us with memorial expenses.
