Memorial Cost and unexpected expenses

Hello Family & Friends,

I am writing to you today to let you know about the passing of our Mama, Tracey La’Yon Creely of Gilbert Arizona, passed away on January 24th at age 59. Our Moma lived her life to the fullest.

Tracey was a tenacious and optimistic person who was not defined by her challenges and embraced life. Tracey was a superb writer and was in the process of publishing her autobiography. She was a trendsetter and taught the medical community on how to treat patients with Sickle Cell Anemia. The lessons the medical community learned were invaluable in advancement of patient care.

Tracey was a fashionista and was fondly known as “Tracey @doingitinleopard Creely” She loved the Lord and Jesus Christ he was her Friend and Savior. She claimed his promises.

She absolutely enjoyed spending time with her beautiful daughters, Madison, Carissa, her gorgeous granddaughter, Na’ila, family and many friends. As you know, she always had positive words to share, even though she walked through many health challenges. We loved how she never let them define her lifestyle.

She was one of God’s strongest angels, but God decided to give her much needed rest. Tracey fought the good fight, she finished her race, and she kept the faith even until the end.

Memorial Services will be held in Chandler, Arizona and Trenton, New Jersey. The Memorial Services details will be provided once confirmed. Please keep us her daughters, granddaughter, and family in prayer.

We are absolutely devastated by Tracey’s passing and would be grateful if you could donate towards these unexpected expenses. We have set up a fundraiser to collect donations for her daughters & granddaughter.
