Memorial Benefit for Jon Carlson

I've started this campaign for my dear friend Angie, who lost her husband on December 23, 2017. Jon went into cardiac arrest on December 18th and suffered neurological damage due to the lack of oxygen when his heart was stopped. The family chose to donate Jon's organs, when the results of the EEG showed very miminal brain activity, to try to be someone else's miracle for Christmas.
This compaign is to help his wife, Angie, with funeral and hospital expenses. Jon had been airlifted by Mayo One and was in the ICU for a week. All of the money will be given to Angie for her to use for these expenses. Jon was between health insurances, and did not have life insurance, so the medical bills are going to be very large.
I cannot think of someone more deserving of receiving a donation than Jon or Angie. Both have given back to the community more times than can be counted. It is truly a terrible loss to lose someone like Jon.
We will also be hosting a Memorial Benefit in Blooming Prairie, on February 10th, from 4-8 pm. There will be a free will donation taco feed and silent auction.
