Waterfall Trail Bench Honoring Linda & Jim Leonard

In their retirement years, Linda and Jim spent 20+ years in the piney woods of Holly Lake Ranch, Texas, where Linda loved playing bridge and mahjong with the Holly Lake ladies and walking on the Waterfall Trail behind their house. She especially loved doting on her granddaughters when they would visit, taking them on endless golf cart rides to see deer and other sites around the Lake, and keeping busy with activities, crafts, and games, including Bingo at the fire station on Saturday nights. One of their favorite activities was to go walking on the Waterfall Trail to find pretty flowers, acorns, pine cones, and fall leaves to make a grand centerpiece for the Thanksgiving table.

In honor of Linda’s profound love for Holly Lake, the family is collecting donations for a Memorial Bench (in both Linda and Jim’s names) to be placed along the Waterfall Trail behind their home in Holly Lake Ranch, Texas.
