Memorial Bench for Roy Kallemeyn

Hello Family and Friends of Roy and Jen Kallemeyn,
As you may know, Roy Kallemeyn, husband to Jen and father to 6 yr old Giuliana, was laid to rest in September 2018, after a 9 year battle with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). You may also know one of Roy’s favorite places was the Minnesota State Fair! For many years, he faithfully attended the annual MN State Fair, missing only a few fair days in that time.
My name is Beth Wold and I am a good friend of Jen and Roy's. Along with another friend, Heather Bergman, and Jen's sister, Annie Burton, we are raising funds to memorialize Roy and his love for his beloved fair through a permanent bench placed at the fairgrounds.
We are inviting you to share in this effort to remember Roy – and, frankly – to help all those tired fair goer's feet!
Any funds raised through this “Go Fund Me” effort will purchase a memorial bench in Roy’s name. The cost of the bench, as identified through the MN State Fair website, is $2,500. If we are fortunate enough to raise more than the $2,500 needed, that money would go to Giuliana.
