Memorial Fund for Baby Jacob

Rachel has always dreamed of being a mom and her dream came true in the fall of 2016 when she found out that she was pregnant. In January 2017 her father, Michael, passed away and the child she was carrying was the light and strength within that helped her deal with the grief. Jacob Michael was to be her father's legacy.
May 9th 2017 her baby Jacob Michael came into this world as a sleeping angel perfect in every way but without a heartbeat at 39 weeks. She is taking everything day by day with such grace, beauty and strength.
Rachel is recovering from the loss of Jacob alone but with the emotional support of family and friends and the community of Sharon. She finds peace planning a way to create a memorial in her son's name so while he us gone he will never be forgotten.
This go fund me had been created with the intention of helping fund a memorial for Jacob Michael as well help lift the financial burden and continue grief counseling that insurance does not cover while she slowly heals.
