Melon needs your help!

I hate having to do this, but my cat, Melon, needs your help. Within the last 48 hours, Melon was attacked by a coyote (or coyotes) in the Silver Lake area, an area we’ve lived in the last 6 years. My housemates found him and rushed him to the emergency vet on Wednesday, 02/28/2018. He has multiple bite wounds, tissue damage, internal bleeding, organ movement, muscle damage, and is in severe shock. He has to have surgery, plus an extended stay at the vet. Anyone who knows me will know how much I love this cat. Shit, anyone who has ever met him knows how amazing he is. This cat CANNOT die. I am absolutely devastated with what has happened. I’ve been in transition the last month and was planning on getting a new place to live this week. I’ve had to spend everything I have to get the surgery started, which doesn’t even cover the entire bill (approx $2,500). I’m not asking you to do this for me. This is all about Melon, the BEST cat in the world. Please spread the word and help me get Melon back to health. Any little bit helps. $5, or even a share. Please help me get Melon the care he needs. Seeing him in so much pain is devastating. Thank you guys.
