Melodramatic's RENT!

The Melodramatics Theatre Company needs help! We are producing the musical RENT this semester. Our schools (Cornell and Ithaca College) have cut our funding and we unfortunately won't be able to produce this show without financial help (we currently are unable to purchase the rights to the musical due to this budget cut). We are a group composed of students and members of the broader Ithaca, Cornell University and Ithaca College community. 

Rent is a powerful musical that highlights the strife of those living in New York City in the 1990s during the AIDS epidemic. We hope our production will represent and empower those disenfranchised in society, and will foster conversations outside of the show. 

We really appreciate any help you can give -- any amount goes a long way!
