Melissas Stage 4 Cholagiocarcinoma

Only a couple thousand cases of cholangiocarcinoma (Bile Duct Cancer) are diagnosed in this country every year and I'm still in shock that my sister, Melissa, is one of them. Unfortunately the treatment options are very minimal. Not only is it a rare cancer, it is not usually detected until an advanced stage. Melissa has stage 4 and it is non-operable at this point. And Chemotherapy is not going to cure her either so now it's a matter of finding alternative treatments to save her life. These treatments are expensive and not covered by insurance so we are asking for help. She has a strong will to fight this disease and with the support of family and friends, I believe she will! Melissa is an Ortho Trauma nurse in Savannah, Georgia and she's taken care of people her whole life. The world needs so many more people like her. Now its our turn to give back to a very deserving person. No one deserves it more than her. Thank you for your kindness and generosity. No amount is too little!
