Melissa has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. The original diagnosis from non-invasive DCIS changed to invasive HER2+. Melissa has just undergone surgery and will be starting chemo in November.
Among other things this family prior to the diagnosis went from a family of 4 to a family of 5 - they had a 10 year old foster child move in with them that they are pursuing adoption of.
The purpose of this page is to help them meet their insurance deductible and any future financial needs related to this life trial.
