Melissa Gallo's Journey

On November 13th, 2017 Melissa Gallo (my niece) was diagnosed with a brain tumour. Two days later she was flown to London, Ont Children's Hospital with her parents (Dave and Marissa), where a biopsy was performed resulting in a cancerous tumor. The team of doctors decided that 30 radiation treatments were her only option. On January 24th, 2018 Melissa will have completed her 30 radiation treatments. Melissa has been in good spirits, and amazingly rarely complains. She's been such a trooper during her journey. Melissa really misses her sister (Vanessa) and all of her school/dance friends, teachers and neighbours.
