Melissa Farnworth funeral costs

On October 12th, 2017 Melissa Farnworth passed away and earned her true status of an angel after a faithful and valiant fight against cancer. Melissa was diagnosed just 13 months ago with Lymphoma cancer, a week after her oldest son Joseph had left to serve as a missionary in the Apia, Samoa mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her husband, Shawn, has often described the journey as a rollercoaster of ups and downs, miracles and disappointments. To have the journey end with the passing of Melissa is a shock to all who knew the strength of her faith and the fight she gave cancer. If there was anyone with enough faith and zeal to call down the powers of heaven for a blessing, it was Melissa. We know that her faith was perfect but that for some reason her life on Earth was finished. She fought to stay here until the very end and we are so proud of her and her example.

Melissa leaves behind her adoring husband, Shawn, her sons Joseph (19) (still currently serving in Samoa) Christian (17) Andrew (15), and her daughter and best friend, Sariah (11). All who know this family loves them and hearts break for the loss they have now. With that love we hope to help in covering expenses that have accrued through her hospital stays this past year and funeral costs. We hope to relieve any additional stress that is associated with losing their mother and wife, and the financial burden is often one of those.
