Melissa and Russell's Emergency

I'm setting this up for my little sister Melissa and brother-in-law Russell. Very recently, they have run into a car emergency. As many of you know this is their only vehicle. Help me by getting their car back working. With them having their precious little guy they need this vehicle back no later than the 30th to ensure they are able to get him to all of his appointments.
