Melanie & George Hargrove's moving fund

Just imagine living on a $750 monthly disability check plus food stamps!  Melanie and George Hargrove have been managing to do just that, but their ability to do it is coming to an end.  Their landlord has decided to cash in on the rapid growth of Blue Ridge, Georgia, and is turning his low-income housing into apartments for people who can afford $1100 plus a month.  Melanie, George and their 7th grade daughter have to move out by February 28th. 

Their hope is to move to Spokane, Washington, where they have family.  Unfortunately, the family is not able to help them out financially.  A U-haul to take their belongings cross country costs $1400.  Of course, that does not include gas or lodging along the way or required deposits on a place to live in Spokane.  Any donations would be gratefully appreciated.
