<div>Unsere Geschichte – warum wir eure Hilfe brauchen

<div>2019 habe ich meinen kleinen Secondhand-Laden eröffnet – einen Ort für nachhaltige Mode, Begegnung und Herzblut. Doch kaum gestartet, kam Corona und stellte alles auf den Kopf. Seitdem kämpfe ich dafür, diesen Laden am Leben zu halten – für mich, für mein kleines Team und für alle, die diesen besonderen Ort lieben.

<div>Dann kam die nächste schwere Prüfung: Vor zwei Jahren Brustkrebs, Amputation, ein langer Kampf. Und nun, vor wenigen Wochen, die Diagnose: Metastasen in den Knochen.
</div>

<div>Um die Kosten zu stemmen, musste ich bereits mein gesamtes Erbe – das Elternhaus meines Vaters – verkaufen und alles in den Laden investieren. Die letzten Jahre waren hart, aber ich habe nie aufgegeben. Ich habe umstrukturiert, vieles alleine gestemmt und leider auch schon Mitarbeiter:innen kündigen müssen. Jetzt stehe ich kurz davor, auch den Rest des Teams nicht mehr bezahlen zu können. Das bricht mir das Herz, denn diese Menschen haben mir in den schwersten Zeiten die Treue gehalten.

<div>Dabei geht es mir nicht nur um den Laden an sich. Seit nun fünf Jahren rette ich mit meiner Arbeit täglich Kleidung und schenke ihr ein zweites Leben. Damit leiste ich einen kleinen Beitrag dazu, die Welt nachhaltiger und gerechter zu machen. Für diesen Traum habe ich alles

<div>eingesetzt – und alles hineingegeben, was ich hatte. Ich bin also nicht einfach nur eine Unternehmerin, die nun mit Krebs kämpft, sondern jemand, der schon lange mit Herzblut für Umwelt, Nachhaltigkeit und Gemeinschaft steht.

<div>Was ich mir wünsche, ist etwas, das für viele selbstverständlich klingt: Zeit zum Gesundwerden.
</div>
<div>3 bis 6 Monate, in denen ich nicht zwischen Behandlung, Nebenwirkungen und der Frage „Wie zahle ich die nächste Ladenmiete?“ hin- und hergerissen bin. Zeit, um mich auf meine Heilung zu konzentrieren – ohne den kompletten Ruin und ohne auch noch die letzten Arbeitsplätze opfern zu müssen.

<div>Our Story – Why We Need Your Help

<div>In 2019, I opened my small secondhand shop – a place for sustainable fashion, community, and heart. But almost as soon as it began, COVID turned everything upside down. Since then, I’ve been fighting to keep this shop alive – for myself, for my small team, and for everyone who loves this special place.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Then came the next challenge: two years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer, underwent a mastectomy, and faced a long battle. And just a few weeks ago, I received the devastating news of bone metastases.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>To cover the costs, I already had to sell my entire inheritance – my father’s family home – and invest everything into the shop. The past years have been incredibly tough, but I never gave up. I restructured, carried much of the burden on my own, and sadly had to let some employees go. Now I’m on the verge of not being able to pay the remaining team members either. That breaks my heart, because these people have stood by me through the hardest times.

<div>What I wish for is something that might sound simple to many: time to heal.
</div>
<div>3 to 6 months without having to constantly choose between medical treatment, coping with side effects, and the fear of “How will I pay the next shop rent?”
</div>
<div>Time to fully focus on recovery – without financial ruin, and without having to sacrifice the last jobs that mean so much to us.
</div>
