Guatemala: My Passion, My Heart.

As many of you know, I was blessed to go on a mission trip to Guatemala last June. In just a week, the country, the people, the land, and the CHILDREN stole my heart. Since coming home, God has strengthened my love for Guatemala and everything it entails.
It is my desire to return to Guatemala in June and I plan on staying at least a month this time. I still do not have all the specific details ironed out, but I will probably live in a guest house on the grounds of the orphanage Manna Worldwide has there. I am not sure exactly what God has for me there, I just want to be used to fill any need they have at that time.
Currently, I am not sure exactly how much it will cost me to travel and stay there for an extended amount of time. I have estimated an amount that should be more than enough to cover my expenses. With the money I do not use for my travels, I plan on giving it back to the children and the needs that I may come accross (food bins for families, clothing and toys for the orphans and children at the feeding centers, etc.)
God is doing amazing things in Guatemala and I cannot wait to see what He has for me there. My life was completely changed in one week so I can only imagine how amazing it will be to stay for a long time. I ask that you pray for me as I prepare for this trip and all of the details I have to iron out. I pray that you will, starting now, soften the minds and the hearts of the people I will come in contact with.
