Meghan's Breast Cancer Fund

This is my 27 year old sister Meghan. At her very young age, she was unexpectedly diagnosed with breast cancer on October 12, 2017. 2 weeks after being diagnosed, she is scheduled for an emergency surgery which will take place tomorrow October 27, 2017. In just this week, she has already spent over $1000 in out of pocket expenses after her health insurance coverage. We can see how quickly the expenses are adding up. This is only the beginning of her battle. She is the mother of 2 young children, ages 2 and 5. It is already financially strenuous raising a family in this Hawaiian paradise. We don't want her medical expenses to overwhelm her. As her family, it is distressing to feel powerless to help her carry the burden of her physical illness. We feel this is the best way to help her. We pray her story will be received with kindness, love, and generosity. We humbly ask for any donations you are able to share. All funds raised will be used for her medical expenses. If you can't afford to donate we would be just as appreciative for your prayers. Through God we can do great things. At this point we have more questions about the status of her cancer than we have answers. We will update this page with more information as we get it. Should we achieve our goal of $10,000, we will shave our heads to match Meghan's during her chemo therapy. We love her with all our hearts and will do whatever we can to support her.
