Megan's Fire Recovery Fund

My name is David Reinus and I have a CPA firm in Thousand Oaks.  I am starting this campaign to raise money for my assistant Megan Bell.

Megan and her husband Dustin are victims of the devastating Thomas Fire in Ventura.  Fortunately they were able to flee the flames and are safe.  However, the house they were renting was reduced to ashes as was everything in it that they owned.  They escaped the flames with the clothes on their backs, two cell phones, and two cars.  

As you can imagine, putting your life back together from scratch is a daunting and expensive task.  Insurance can cover some things, but it often doesn't come close to the real cost of replacing property, and it surely does not cover the time and expense of starting over.  

Anything you can do to help this wonderful couple would be greatly appreciated.  Megan is a hard working and loyal employee who has worked with me at my firm for nearly five years.  Dustin is a Navy veteran who proudly served our country and who still works in a related field.  Let's help them get back on their feet after this unfortunate loss.
