Share Your Heart w/ Megan.

By now most of you have heard that Megan was stricken suddenly and precipitously with a dangerous level of heart failure on April 23 which was diagnosed as viral cardiomyopathy. As Megan, Dan and the family have been warned by the team at Yale-New Haven Hospital, we are to expect a rollercoaster ride in terms of diagnosis and emotions. This will not be easy and coming alongside Megan, Dan and the kids so that Meg can fully recover will depend on prayer, care and understanding. 

Understanding and communication are key to both specific prayer by the Prayer Warriors in the house and maintaining energy as we all move purposely in order to help.

The continued myocardial ischemia is causing for slow recovery, and as time goes on as we hope for change with medicine to improve her ejection fraction to over 35% and closer to the 70% of a healthy heart. The treatment plan might be changing.
