Hi everyone! My name is Megan and I am a mom to 3 beautiful little boys who are my world, and a wife to my incredible husband. I am a physical therapist with experience in several different disciplines including pediatrics, inpatient rehabilitation and acute care. Because of this, I am all too familiar with the importance of available resources for families in need.

My husband is currently a sergeant in the Town of Haverstraw Police Department. I also have a large number of family and friends who are active and retired officers of the NYPD & local police departments. This charity really hits close to home for me in so many ways.

By running the 2023 TCS NYC Marathon, I would not only be accomplishing an ultimate life goal of mine but I will do it knowing that I am supporting the most incredible cause. I could only hope to help as many families as possible with any donations received! WAWO provides financial assistance for myriad medical expenses, prescriptions, durable medical equipment and therapies that insurance will not cover. They help the children of NYPD Officers reach their fullest potential whenever possible.
