Meet Francois Elize.

Francois Elize is one of our younger workers. He supports his wife, Yphonisr Prisma and his two children, Moyce and Kewandji, on the salary he makes for BonZeb. It is hard work, as seen by his surroundings in this picture. The rocks are too large and heavy to be removed from the fields, so the workers plant around them. That is what Francois is doing in this picture; he is planting grass starts.
