<div>M. Mikael Qaiser , a 4 year old child with complex congenital heart disease ,is currently living in Pakistan with his parents.
</div>
<div>Mikael's life hangs in the balance as he battles complex congenital heart disease. Sadly, doctors in Pakistan are unable to perform the necessary surgery to save him. However, there is hope!
</div>
<div> Boston Children's Hospital has the expertise and appropriate surgical treatment available to save Mikael's life. 
</div>
<div>However, Mikael does not have much time, as he is in a critical state of heart failure  and unfortunately, my sister and her husband are unable to afford high  cost of this life-saving yet complex surgery. 
</div>
<div> Therefore, I am setting up this gofundme with a hope that it will help the parents to raise the amount for Mikael to reach Boston.
