Medved family fights cancer

Several weeks ago one of our closest friends Eugene Medved became very ill. After several visits to the emergency room he was diagnosed with a very rare form of  pancreatic biliary duct cancer. He is currently awaiting surgery at Yale Hospital. Due to several complications surgery keeps getting delayed. In the meantime he is not working, his wife Lana is taking time off work to be by his side since right now Eugene is too weak to be left alone when decisions about his care need to be made daily.  Their 15 year old son is having to grow up really fast and take care of himself as his parents battle this crisis. As we all know medical insurance only covers a portion of the expenses which are mounting all the time.  I am looking to help alleviate some of the financial burden they face during this stressful time. Their battle has just begun and there is a very long and difficult road ahead. My dear friends, help me help them!
