Medicines for Venezuelan Children

Donation protected
The Venezuelan health crisis is killing people. Approximately 31 young children die every day in Venezuela. Due to the lack of supplies and medications, one-in-three people admitted to public hospitals last year died. This problem has escalated to a point where people have to wait weeks, or even months, with waiting lists sometimes reaching 20,000 people or more.

Venezuelan hospitals rely solely on donations from charities, corporations, humanitarian groups, etc. The Children's Hospital J.M. de los Ríos is in urgent need of antibiotics and painkillers for kids.

We are Alexandra Puig and Amanda Delgado, 8-graders from Baldwin School in Puerto Rico. This is our Community Service Project. We need your help, so we can raise money to buy and send antibiotics to the Children's Hospital J.M. de los Ríos.

Donate whatever you can and help save the lives of many children in Venezuela. Kids cannot keep dying. THANKSS.

Amanda and Alexandra

PS: As soon as we reach our $5,000 goal, my ant (Patricia Lepiani) will withdraw the funds, and with the support of the hospital's doctors, we will buy all the antibiotics. The drug store "Farmacias Plaza" is helping the cause by selling us all the medicines at cost. After this, we will get the antibiotics directly to the Children's Hospital J.M. de los Ríos. We will post on our GoFundMe page a photo of the check and invoice, as soon as we get the medicines.
