Medicine for Blake

Blake is 6 he loves sharks bike riding and climbing .

We need to raise 23 000 a year for Blake’s medicine. Blake has cystic fibrosis a life shortening and life limiting condition . Despite daily physio nebulizers medicines and regular visits to hospital this is not enough .Sadly the nhs do not fund the life altering medicine he needs even tho Ireland, the rest of Europe and America do ... and nhs recognize that the drug is important but due to cost will not give it out.

So far over 230 children and young people who could have benefited from the life extending  drug orkambi have died waiting for medicine and I need help to ensure Blake doesn’t become one of the devastating statistics . If you can help me that’s great if you know of others who can or if you are able to raise awareness of our cause please do - children in the UK should not be dying for treatment that’s readily available in the rest of the world the government needs to step in .... in the mean time I will try to fund it myself but I need help.

Blake deserves a chance at life and as a UK citizen we would have hoped the Nhs would pay for proven medicines but now many families like mine are having to fund our loved ones medicine.
