My name is Cyril I have been doing Kidney Dialysis since I was 18. I am 57 now. During those 38 yrs I have had 3 Kidney transplants.

I have had two shoulder tendon surgeries,,

Cancer under my eye that took 28 surgeries to fix.

My health has been deteriorating in the last two yrs. Dialysis has caused Cirrhosis of the liver, heart failure and Hardening of the lungs.

I have bad hips and knees that I need to get cortisone shots in them..

The funds would be used for medical appointments travel to the appointments and to purchase medications and help with bills..
